🙋♀️WHO IS THE PROGRAMME SUITABLE FOR?
Train with Jazz is designed for those who have a little gym experience, right up to advanced lifters. It's a programme for those looking to take their strength and muscle-building to the next level.
📲HOW ARE THE SESSIONS DELIVERED?
All training is delivered to you through the Grow with Jazz app where you can log your weights and reps, and also track other metrics like bodyweight, progress pictures, steps, nutrition etc.
🤝WILL JAZZ BE COACHING US?
Yes! As a member of Train with Jazz you'll have me supporting you every step of the way. You can ask questions and get form checks (1 exercise per week) in the private Facebook group.
🍽IS NUTRITION INCLUDED?
You have access to 100s of macro-friendly recipes in the Recipe Library in the app! Plus, when you sign up, you will receive the 90+ page Training and Nutrition guide which will teach you exactly how to calculate your calories and macros for your goal (cut, maintenance, build), how to track or intuitively eat, approaching social occasions, calorie cycling, refeeds and diet breaks and SO much more!
🗓HOW OFTEN DO WE GET NEW TRAINING?
The programme is written in 6-week Phases, giving you enough time to progressively overload and get really good and strong at those lifts before going in to brand new sessions.
📍WHEN SHOULD I START?
Every member follows to programme in real-time. Upon signing up, you will enter the programme on the coming Monday at whatever point we are in the Phase.
Phases are 6 weeks long but you can jump in at any time! Just remember you'll be starting from whatever week we're on, not the beginning of the Phase!
🔀CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN THE 3 AND 4/5 DAY SPLITS?
Yes! If you'd like to move from one to the other at any point you can email me at jazz@growwithjazz.com
