I offer calorie/macro targets or example meal plans and access to a library of recipes to create an approach that suits you.

The past few months have been amazing. I've gained confidence in and out of the gym. One of the biggest challenges for me has been overcoming perfectionism and learning that not everything has to be that way. I've also managed to improve my technique on big lifts that I'd always question my capabilities in. I'm learning to rediscover who I am through health and fitness and challenging myself outside of my comfort zone. I've also seen a lot of physical changes / more definition in both my upper and lower body which I'm really happy with!
